As quarantine measures ease, it allows us to slowly adapt and adjust our services, to enable us to continue to offer them to you
Blether Buddies, our befriending service, continues to contact befriendees over the telephone, as well as taking on new clients, who within the quarantine measures, may have been feeling isolated
Our counselling service provided by Camden Psychotherapy Unit (CPU) is now able to offer clients the opportunity to speak with a therapist via telephone or video calls. Talk to a caseworker and ask about being referred.
Is your child due their next children’s clothing grant? Retail stores reopen from mid-June. Please note though, depending on the retail store voucher you choose, you may also have the option to shop online.
We are accepting new housing applications for our sheltered housing flats, which will be logged onto our database for future tenancies. Please note that all applicants will be assessed on their eligibility and priority for ScotsCare housing before being placed on the waiting list.
Some of our household grants may still not be available (e.g. flooring grants), due to the fact that suppliers may not being able to enter your home. At present, the only electrical goods that can be delivered and installed are cookers and machines. All other items are only being delivered to the door. As a result, clients are being encouraged not to order any bulky or heavy items until a later date, unless they can take in this order by themselves. However this may change, as suppliers find ways to meet the needs of their customers.
If you need any support, please call our helpline 0800 652 2989 or email email@example.com to speak with a case worker.
