‘Tackling loneliness’, ‘managing stress’ and other free online courses
The Red Cross is running free digital courses for both children (up to 19) and adults on topics that are currently more important than ever. The courses are open to anyone, all you need is a laptop or phone, and range from subjects such as first aid, empathy and migration, tackling loneliness as well as how to adapt and recover from adversity
