ScotsCare looks for participants for the CEO Sleepout event

ScotsCare CEO Shona Fleming will take part again this year, and the charity is looking for more participants to join her in spending a night outdoorts, as many of ScotsCare’s clients face every night.

The annual event draws hundreds of fundraisers to Lord’s Cricket Ground, where participants bed down in the stands, sleeping on hard concrete with a sleeping bag and little else. The event was created to help raise funds for the homeless and raise awareness of a problem, which unfortunately is still rife in our cities.

Participants don’t have to be a CEO to take part, just a supporter that wants to combat homelessness. It’s a tough but rewarding event, with great camararderie and sense of achievement the following day. If you would like to join please sign up here.
