How to access our help

Were you (or one of your parents) born in Scotland? Do you live in London or the surrounding area? If so, and you need help, we are here for you.

If you need our support, call ScotsCare’s free helpline 0800 652 2989 or email. You can speak confidentially to one of our team at our offices on 22 City Road, London EC1Y 2AJ.

ScotsCare has built close links with other agencies, both private and government funded, and can consider direct referrals from them on behalf of their clients.

We assist clients who were either born in Scotland or who have at least one Scottish born parent, those who are currently married to someone born in Scotland, as well as widows of someone born in Scotland. They will need to reside within a 35-mile radius of Charing Cross, London. We offer help regardless of race, colour, or sexual orientation.

If you wish to refer one of your clients to us, please read our referral referral and application process and application process and submit your referral using this form. If you have any questions, please call 0800 652 2989  and speak with the duty worker.
